Per TREC rules, you cannot take the short course exams until the number of credit hours has passed since the time of purchase. If you register for a 4-hour course at 1 p.m., you will be able to take the short final exam to receive credit at 5 p.m. that same day.
Please note if you purchase multiple courses in a package, you can complete all exams that same day, as long as the amount of credit hours has passed since the time of purchase. There is no limit to the amount of CE credit hours you can complete in one day.
Yes. Your license can remain active for a 60-day grace period by paying the state a $200 CE deferral fee before the original license expiration date. Not available for Sales Agent first renewals.
Empire Learning is approved by the Texas Real Estate Commission to offer the courses shown above for continuing education credit for Texas real estate licensees. Each of the courses is individually approved and has a specific approval number that will be displayed on your completion certificate.
